Mission:

Friendship Place is a Christian organization that works to feed the hungry, provide job readiness training and creatively address the unmet needs of the Georgetown County Community.

Vision:

Our vision at Friendship Place for everyone in Georgetown County to have the opportunity to move from crisis to self-sufficiency.

Values:

Dignity– We believe that all of our clients, volunteers, and staff have inherent worth. We are committed to equitable and inclusive treatment for everyone. We will strive to provide excellent service to everyone.

Stewardship– We realize that our work is made possible by the generous donations of donors, foundations, and area churches. We will work to efficiently leverage all of our donated resources and volunteer time to further the mission of Friendship Place.

Collaboration– We pledge the work with credible, like-minded organizations, both public and private, to ensure optimal services to our clients and to avoid duplication of services.
