Lowcountry Giving Day 2015: This year, Friendship Place is participating in Coastal Community Foundation’s Giving Day. Giving Day is an online fundraiser event that will take place on Tuesday, May 5, 2015, from 12 a.m. until 11:59 p.m.  All gifts made by credit or debit cards from 12:00 a.m. – 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 will be eligible for up to $10,000 in giving incentives. Gifts made by check must list Coastal Community Foundation as the payee with Friendship Place noted in the memo line. Checks must be received by Friday, April 24, 2015. Coastal Community Foundation will accept gifts by check starting on Monday, April 20, 2015.

Each gift is 100% tax deductible and irrevocable; all donors will receive a tax acknowledgement letter from Coastal Community Foundation.
